During the two to three hour prenatal home visit, we will discuss your birth map, questions and concerns, labor positions and comfort measures, postpartum healing, standard care provider procedures, and more.  Throughout your pregnancy, we will also keep in close touch by checking in over the phone at flexible times.

Prenatal Meal Prep Add On - Allow your doula to support you as you prepare for postpartum. A typical meal prep session done at your home lasts 1-2 hours depending on the amount of meals desired. Using recipes selected by you or with the help of your doula and with pre-purchased ingredients, your doula can take care of the chopping, standing, lifting, bending, and clean up of meal prep. Available at $40/hr.

On-call labor support via text or phone call will begin two weeks prior to your due date or, if you have chosen to be induced, support will begin the day of the scheduled induction. In-person support will begin during active labor and will continue up to three (3) hours following.

Postpartum Support

Immediate postpartum support will include encouragement and tips for initial breastfeeding as well as aiding with postpartum comfort.

During our included, four-hour home visit, we will discuss your birth, and I will provide encouragement regarding breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and newborn care, as well as tips for postpartum healing and comfort.

Practical support may include help with household tasks such as dishes, laundry, and pre-prepared meals.

Postpartum support over the next six weeks can be adjusted based on you and your family’s needs! If you choose, another four-hour home visit can be scheduled at no extra charge. Alternatively, weekly phone call check-ins during the first month of postpartum can be chosen instead.

Additional in-person postpartum support at any time during or after the six weeks following birth may be scheduled at $30/hour in four-hour brackets.

Postpartum virtual support via text, phone call or video call will be available for up to six (6) weeks post-birth. A brief, phone call check-in can be expected in the early weeks of postpartum regardless of our in-person visit schedule.

This package is available for $1,000 including a $350 retainer fee.
