One Virtual Prenatal/Postpartum Counseling Session

This consultation is a chance for you to speak virtually with a doula about your hopes and fears for birth and postpartum.

During this up to three-hour video call, you can ask questions and find reassurance and guidance regarding the following:

-planning for your baby to arrive

-managing labor and birth

-how to manage postpartum recovery

-postpartum depression warning signs

You also receive all-inclusive access to the client portal resources. (No in-person or virtual labor or postpartum support is provided with this package.)
