One Virtual Birth Mapping Counseling Session

This consultation is a chance for you to speak virtually with a doula about your goals and hopes for your labor and birth with the purpose of creating a birth map. The goal of this birth map is to help you and your support person feel more confident and prepared for the unknowns of birth.

During this up to two-hour video call, you can ask questions and find reassurance and guidance regarding the following:

-planning for your baby to arrive

-managing a variety of labor and birth scenarios

-how to manage postpartum recovery

You also receive all-inclusive access to the client resources. (No in-person or virtual labor or postpartum support is provided with this package.)
